[CWB] Error # 1290 when trying to build metadata from file

Thanks Andrew, I did restart mysql after editing .my.cnf, no luck. I 
also tried reinstalling the corpus. Is it possible to guess what the 
problem is by looki (I'm using v3.2.30 on Linux Mint 19 though this 
seems to be a MySQL problem)
