[CWB] Access to the corpus for new users

Hey again!

I registered as test user, but I don't have access to any corpus:
You do not have the necessary privileges to access the corpus test.

I ran through all menus and manual, but couldn't figure it out where to set
it up. I want for all new users to get access to that corpus.
