[CWB] CQPweb has encountered an error!

This was an edge-case bug accidentally introduced in October (not spotted because it only affected *some* subcorpora). Should now be fixed.

In the description to reproduce the error, I've forgotten to explain
that the error happens not at the time of creating the subcorpus, but
when I try to "Compile" its frequency list.
