[CWB] Set default Display alignment in CQPweb

Dear Andrew,
thank you for your reply. I'll submit the feature request. I was also
thinking it wouldn't be that easy. It is not a crucial feature. In the
meantime, I'll try to hack the php code you are pointing to.
