[CWB] [CQPweb] Captcha not working in user acct creation

Hi all,

In QQPweb's "Create new user account page", I'm only getting a placeholder
image for the Captcha. Reloading has no effect on this.

This happens even on browsers with no ad blockers or other add-ons.

Suggestions?
