Glad it works, but you shouldn't really do that – messing around with system packages is bound to lead to problems sooner or later.

If you have a little time, make sure to compile and install a current version of CWB from source code.  v3.4.14 is quite ancient, too, and you'll benefit from lots of bug fixes that have been made in the meantime.
