[CWB] cqpweb for agglutinative languages

Hello everybody,
This is probably not the right place to post, so apologies in advance, 
but I was wondering whether anyone has experience they might like to 
share of using cqpweb with strongly agglutinative languages. 
Specifically, I'm involved with a project for a corpus of Nahuatl, and 
am wondering what tagging protocol, if any, might be best.
