[CWB] Re: TXM with English interface

Dear George,

TXM has builtin English and French interface.
In the 0.5 beta3 release, the platform installs itself first
in the French interface, and then switches to the
operating system locale in a postinstall process.
Alas, on Windows, that process is broken, sorry for that.
This is corrected in the final 0.5 release that will
be put online tomorrow.
