[CWB] Character encoding problems when transferring corpus

OK, after going through all the previous process, I did:

||$ svn co https://cwb.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/cwb/cwb/trunk cwb

and then
||
$ cqp -v

I still see version 3.0.
