[CWB] Distribution breakdown in CQPweb not working

Hi Scott,

this is a well known bug of v3.2.27: http://liste.sslmit.unibo.it/pipermail/cwb/2017-February/002623.html
The only way to get it work in some way is to set category and category for crosstabs to the same value. However, the bar charts do not work at all.
