[CWB] Running an open server

Not happy, of course. In fact, I had to patch a number of files in order
for it to run under PHP7. In any case, this is a temporal "solution",
hopefully future versions of CQPweb will provide the option to run queries
without user registration. I will try to look at this myself, but CQPWeb >
3.0 is a complex piece of software and my PHP programming skills are very
limited. Thank you, Andrew,  for your advice.
